• Minimum bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic HR leadership to the President Data Centers & Connected Services and leadership team.
• Design and implement organizational structure, reporting lines, and workforce plans aligned with business strategy.
• Develop and drive People Strategy, talent acquisition, retention, and development.
• Oversee performance management, succession planning, benefits and compensation, and employee relations.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and partner with legal and labor relations teams.
