Job summary

Clarios seeks an HR Leader for the Data Centers & Connected Services unit to shape people strategy, leadership development, and organizational design. You will partner with the President and CHRO to scale a high-growth business, build a strong culture, and align HR frameworks with local regulations and company values.

This role combines startup‑habitat execution with strategic capability building, reporting to the business unit head and collaborating with global HR teams to drive workforce

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field required.
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Experience partnering with senior leadership in a manufacturing/industrial environment.
• Ability to design and implement HR strategy and governance.
• Strong knowledge of local labor laws and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic HR leadership for Data Centers & Connected Services.
• Partner with President and leadership team on talent and culture.
• Develop organizational structure and workforce plans.
• Drive talent acquisition, retention, and development.
• Oversee HR policies, governance, compliance and reporting.
• Lead succession planning, performance management, and employee relations.
