Qualifications

• Four years of Human Resources experience with at least three years in employee/labor relations, organizational consulting, recruitment, compensation, or benefits administration.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide employee relations consultation and conflict resolution for assigned business units.
• Interpret and apply HR policies; coach managers and staff in policy interpretation and application.
• Partner with HR leadership to support recruitment, compensation, and benefits administration.
• Conduct workforce data analysis and prepare summary reports to improve HR metrics.
• Deliver training and guidance to other HR team members.
