Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive HR Generalist experience in multi-site operations.
• Experience with employee relations, investigations, and documentation.
• Working knowledge of FMLA, ADA, FLSA, wage-and-hour, and employment-law compliance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first contact for workplace policies, attendance, leave, performance, and employee relations.
• Partner with leaders to address performance concerns and document outcomes.
• Guide managers through corrective actions and separations with HR oversight.
• Support onboarding, changes, transfers, promotions, and offboarding in Rippling.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws across sites.
• Support performance reviews, engagement, training, and leadership development.
