UTHealth Houston is seeking a Senior Talent Experience Consultant to lead strategic recruiting across professional, classified, and executive-level roles. This role partners directly with leaders to attract top talent and shape workforce strategy using market intelligence and analytics.

You will manage full-cycle recruiting, design sourcing strategies, and mentor peers while driving equitable, compliant hiring practices in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience required.
• Minimum 4 years of high-volume recruiting experience, preferably in agency or corporate environments.
• Experience leading complex searches and partnering with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Leads complex, high-impact searches and influences hiring decisions with market insight and data.
• Designs sourcing and selection strategies and guides leaders through sensitive hiring scenarios.
• Mentors peers, shares expertise, and contributes to team capability and consistency.
• Owns offer strategy and negotiates in collaboration with department leaders while ensuring internal equity.
• Ensures a positive candidate experience and compliance across recruitment processes.
