Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field; Master's Degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
• Minimum Experience: Three (3) years of related experience.
• Strong analytical capabilities with an ability to use and interpret data to inform decisions.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle delicate situations gracefully.
• Ability to build collaborative relationships and provide trusted counsel.

• Partner with people managers to drive organizational excellence with coaching for results.
• Provide leaders with business insights to drive performance and reward management.
• Collaborate with HR leaders to drive recruiting, total rewards, organizational development, and HR analytics.
• Develop HR policies and programs to enable and support employees.
• Advise leaders on policies and procedures and resolve complex employee relations issues.
• Maintain positive relationships between management and employees and act as escalation point.
• Consult with management on workplace issues and policy communication.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with company policies across the workforce.
