Job summary

Medline Industries, LP in Houston, TX is seeking an HR Generalist to provide guidance on HR operations, partner with management, and ensure policy compliance. This on-site role supports a multi-shift operation and reports to HR leadership.

Responsibilities include employee relations, coaching on HR policy, recruiting liaison, onboarding, benefits administration, and compliance with FLSA and Title VII. Travel up to 25% within state and beyond as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or higher in HR or related field.
• At least 2 years of HR Generalist experience.
• Experience applying state employment laws and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop positive employee relations initiatives and coach employees & managers on HR policy.
• Maintain positive employee relations by counseling managers and conducting exit interviews.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition on recruitment and provide onboarding support.
