Job summary

Southwest Accessory Group in Houston, TX is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support multi-site operations. You will serve as a trusted resource for employees and leaders, ensuring HR programs, employee relations, performance practices, and compliance are applied consistently across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related field.
• 3–5 years HR Generalist experience, multi-site preferred.
• Knowledge of FMLA, ADA, FLSA, wage-and-hour laws and compliance.
• Experience with HRIS platforms and reporting.
• PHR/SHRM-CP or similar certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for policies, attendance, leave and employee relations.
• Guide managers through corrective actions and performance improvements.
• Support onboarding, changes and offboarding in Rippling.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state and local laws.
• Support performance reviews, engagement, and leadership development.
