Yes! Communities, Inc.

is seeking a Senior HR Generalist to act as a strategic HR partner, shaping programs, policies, and practices that improve the employee experience and align with business goals. You will advise leaders on complex employee relations, performance management, compliance, and risk, while supervising the HR Administrator/HR Specialist and coordinating HR projects across multiple field locations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience with emphasis on employee relations and investigations.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
• Ability to assess risk and provide guidance to management.
• Advanced Excel and analytics skills; experience with HRIS.
• SHRM certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary HR resource for managers and employees regarding policies and procedures.
• Advise leaders on performance management, policy interpretation, and compliance.
• Lead complex investigations and recommend corrective actions balancing risk and employee experience.
• Coach managers on performance, accountability, and development.
• Oversee HR projects, data reporting, and updates to policies and procedures.
