Job summary

WinnCompanies seeks a Human Resources Generalist to serve as a trusted advisor to employees, managers, and leadership. The role reports to the VP of HR and supports employee relations, performance management, compliance, and regional HR operations.

Responsibilities include conducting investigations, coaching managers, ensuring regulatory compliance, and partnering with Talent Acquisition on hiring processes.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (equivalent experience considered).
• 3–5 years of progressive HR experience with emphasis on employee relations and performance management.
• Experience conducting workplace investigations and handling employee relations from intake to resolution.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Experience partnering with leaders and providing consultative HR support.

Responsibilities

• Partner with employees, managers, and leadership as a trusted HR advisor.
• Lead employee relations investigations with documentation and follow-up.
• Coach managers on performance management, corrective action, and development.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and risk management best practices.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and a positive candidate experience.
• Coordinate regional onboarding and training programs.
