Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Admin, Organizational Development, or related field preferred.
• 3-5 years of progressive HR experience.
• Experience in manufacturing or related industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary HR contact for employees and managers.
• Support recruiting activities, onboarding, and offer coordination.
• Assist with performance management processes and calibration.
• Support compensation administration and benefits inquiries.
• Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with laws.
• Assist in leave of absence administration and accommodations.
• Contribute to organizational effectiveness projects and workforce planning.
