C&N is seeking a Senior Human Resources Generalist to support a wide range of HR programs and day-to-day operations. You will serve as a trusted resource to employees and leaders, handling employee relations, compliance, communications, and engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 4–6 years of HR experience or equivalent.
• Experience in employee relations, compliance, and HR analytics.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and diplomacy.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance on HR policies, performance management, employee concerns, and workplace matters.
• Support compliance with employment laws, audits, policies, and reporting.
• Develop HR communications and support employee engagement initiatives.
• Analyze workforce information and prepare HR reports for leadership.
