Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration or related field.
• 3–5 years of HR experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
• Experience in employee relations and manager coaching.
• Experience supporting hourly, manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, or operations workforce.
• Experience conducting workplace investigations.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws.
• Spanish language proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR resource for managers on employee relations matters.
• Partner with HR Shared Services and Learning & Development teams to deliver HR support.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Advise managers on performance management, coaching, and terminations.
• Assist in developing and implementing employee engagement initiatives.
• Participate in HR projects to improve processes and employee experience.
• Advise on policy reviews and organizational initiatives as assigned.
