Target in New York is seeking an experienced Executive Team Leader, Human Resources, to drive talent strategies and coach store leaders. You will partner with business leaders to recruit, develop and retain hourly team members while ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.

You will lead an HR team, plan culture initiatives, oversee pay and rewards programs, and promote an inclusive environment where diverse voices are heard and guests receive outstanding service daily.

Qualifications

• Experience leading HR initiatives and teams
• Ability to recruit, develop and retain hourly team members
• Strong data literacy with ability to read financial metrics
• Knowledge of federal, state and local employment laws
• Experience partnering with business leaders to drive people strategies
