Target is seeking a Human Resources Expert at our New York store to deliver guest-centric HR support, recruit and onboard teammates, and ensure smooth staffing and pay practices. You will work closely with store leaders to anticipate talent needs and provide training resources.

This role emphasizes welcoming guests and colleagues, effective communication across devices, and maintaining a positive, compliant work environment while adapting to a fast-paced retail setting.

• Support store team by assisting peers and maintaining a positive attitude.
• Work with HR leadership to address staffing and scheduling needs across store areas.
• Lead focused recruiting efforts to help store leaders hire candidates.
• Provide training support and be an advocate for continuous learning.
• Be knowledgeable about scheduling systems and pay practices.
