The position entails managing benefits, HRIS, and compliance initiatives while supporting organizational goals and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or equivalent preferred.
• Strong knowledge of federal and California employment laws (ERISA, COBRA, FSLA, DLSE).
• Minimum 3–5 years benefits administration experience; HR management experience (2+ years).
• Experience with HRIS/Payroll systems (ADP Workforce Now) is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures to meet laws.
• Provide training to managers on employment laws and ethical practices.
• Lead employee relations and investigations with HR Director.
• Oversee regulatory reporting and records for audits.
• Assist in recruitment and workforce planning for managerial roles.
• Oversee benefits administration and vendor negotiations.
