The role supervises two HR Coordinators (HRC1 and HRC2), manages onboarding, leave administration, workers' compensation, HRIS updates, and personnel records, and partners with department leaders to drive a service‑oriented HR environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of HR Generalist/HRBP experience, including supervisory or lead role.
• Strong knowledge of California employment law (FEHA, CFRA, FMLA, ADA).
• Experience owning exempt‑level full‑cycle recruitment.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems and data reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day HR operations and act as primary operational lead for HR functions.
• Supervise two HR Coordinators (HRC1 and HRC2) and develop their performance.
• Lead exempt‑level recruitment, including postings, sourcing, interviews, and offers.
• Conduct leadership candidate phone screens and ensure on‑boarding excellence.
• Ensure compliance with California law, internal policies, and Just Culture.
