Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Industrial Psychology, or related field.
• Minimum of seven years of HRBP/HR generalist/HR manager experience.
• Experience partnering with leaders to develop workforce and talent strategies.
• Experience handling employee relations investigations and performance actions.
• Strong analytical, communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with site, functional, and regional leaders to translate business strategy into workforce priorities.
• Serve as trusted advisor on organizational effectiveness, talent management, and employee engagement.
• Develop workforce plans aligning talent needs with business goals and future requirements.
• Lead employee relations matters including investigations, corrective actions, and performance discussions.
• Drive change management, organizational design, and succession planning.
