iFAB Corp. is seeking a strategic, people-focused HR Business Partner to join our growing organization.

The HRBP will partner with business leaders and employees to align people strategies with business objectives, strengthen organizational effectiveness, and foster a high-performing, engaged workplace. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution, requires building relationships at all levels, guiding employee relations and change initiatives, and delivering data-driven insights

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, psychology or related field.
• 5+ years progressive HR experience in HRBP/HR Manager roles.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, employee relations, performance management, and talent management.
• Ability to partner effectively with business leaders and managers.
• Strong coaching, influencing, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders and managers to understand workforce needs and align HR strategies with goals.
• Serve as a trusted advisor on HR policies, employee relations, performance management, and workplace matters.
• Drive talent management including workforce planning, succession planning, career development, and engagement.
• Support performance management processes and coach managers on feedback and goal setting.
• Provide guidance on employee relations issues with fair, compliant resolution.
• Collaborate on organizational development, change management, and effectiveness initiatives.
• Analyze HR data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities with actionable recommendations.
• Work with Talent Acquisition, L&D, Compensation & Benefits to deliver people solutions.
• Support employee engagement initiatives that strengthen culture and retention.
• Ensure HR practices comply with labor laws and company policies.
• Maintain understanding of business operations and identify people-related opportunities and risks.
• Support other HR projects and initiatives as needed.
