Job summary

IFF seeks a Senior HR Business Partner to shape workforce strategy, develop talent, and drive human resources impact across a growing organization in Kansas. This hybrid role combines on-site collaboration with leadership support and expert employee relations guidance.

You will partner with senior leaders, lead workforce and succession planning, and mentor HR professionals while leveraging analytics to inform decisions and improve organizational capability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Organizational Development, or related field.
• Experience as HRBP/HR Manager or similar senior HR role (10+ years).
• Experience partnering with senior leaders on talent strategies.
• Experience coaching HR professionals to drive talent initiatives.
• Experience employee relations investigations and performance processes.
• Proven ability to lead organizational effectiveness and change initiatives.
• Experience facilitating talent reviews, succession planning and retention strategies.
• Experience supporting multiple sites or dispersed teams.
• Strong analytical skills using workforce data and metrics.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Translate business objectives into workforce, organizational, leadership, and talent strategies.
• Advise senior leaders on organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, workforce planning, and business performance.
• Develop and implement workforce plans aligning talent with current and future business needs.
• Lead employee relations matters including investigations, corrective actions, and performance discussions.
• Mentor HR professionals to foster high performance and capability growth.
• Drive organizational effectiveness, change management, organizational design, and continuous improvement.
• Facilitate talent reviews, succession planning, leadership development, and retention strategies.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition and business leaders to support hiring strategies and critical talent needs.
• Collaborate with Legal, Payroll, Total Rewards, HR Operations, and HR Shared Services to ensure compliance.
• Utilize workforce analytics and talent metrics to identify trends and support decision-making.
