Job summary

IFF is a global leader in flavors, fragrances, food ingredients, and health & biosciences, seeking a Human Resources Business Partner in Memphis, TN (hybrid). You will partner with site and regional leaders to drive workforce and talent strategies, lead labor relations initiatives, and strengthen labor-management partnerships across multi-site operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Minimum of seven years of HRBP, HR Generalist, Labor Relations Manager, or related HR experience.
• Experience supporting unionized manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Experience leading employee relations investigations and performance management activities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with site, functional, and regional leaders to translate business objectives into workforce, organizational, leadership, and talent strategies.
• Develop and execute labor relations strategies that support operational goals, workforce stability, and business results; lead negotiations, grievances, arbitration prep.
• Provide guidance to leaders on employee relations matters, including investigations, corrective actions, workplace concerns, and terminations.
• Build and maintain productive relationships with union representatives to foster constructive labor-management partnerships.
• Lead organizational effectiveness, change management, organizational design, workforce planning, and business transformation initiatives.
• Facilitate talent reviews, succession planning, retention strategies, and development planning.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition on hiring strategies, critical talent needs, and internal mobility initiatives.
• Leverage workforce analytics and talent metrics to support data-driven decision-making while ensuring HR data integrity.
