Job summary

IFF, a global leader in flavors, fragrances, food ingredients, and health & biosciences, seeks an experienced HR Business Partner for Pryor, Oklahoma. This hybrid role partners with site and regional leaders to drive workforce, organizational, and talent strategies that align with business goals and growth.

You will serve as a trusted advisor on organizational effectiveness, talent management, and employee engagement, leading workforce planning and change initiatives across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, organizational development, or related field.
• 7+ years in HR business partner, generalist, manager, or related roles.
• Experience partnering with leaders to develop workforce and talent strategies.
• Experience advising on talent management, succession planning, and development.
• Experience leading organizational change, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness.
• Experience supporting multiple locations or dispersed teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with site, functional, and regional leaders to translate business strategy into workforce and talent priorities.
• Serve as trusted advisor to leaders on organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
• Develop workforce plans aligning talent with business goals and future needs.
• Lead employee relations matters including investigations and performance discussions.
• Drive change management, organizational design, and communication strategies.
• Facilitate talent reviews, succession planning, retention, and development planning.
