Job summary

IFF, a global leader in flavors, fragrances, food ingredients, and health & biosciences, is seeking an HR Business Partner based in Memphis with a hybrid work arrangement to shape workforce strategy. You will partner with site and regional leaders to translate business objectives into talent plans, lead labor relations efforts, and guide investigations, performance management, and change initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• Minimum of seven years of HRBP, HR Generalist, Labor Relations Manager, or related HR experience.
• Experience supporting unionized manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Experience leading employee relations investigations and performance management.
• Strong knowledge of labor relations practices, collective bargaining agreements, and arbitration processes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with site, functional, and regional leaders to translate business objectives into workforce and talent strategies.
• Develop and execute labor relations strategies that support goals and workforce stability.
• Lead collective bargaining agreement negotiations, grievance administration, contract interpretation, and arbitration prep.
• Provide guidance on employee and labor relations matters, investigations, corrective actions, and terminations.
• Build relationships with union representatives to foster constructive labor-management partnerships.
• Lead organizational effectiveness, change management, and workforce planning initiatives.
• Facilitate talent reviews, succession planning, and development planning.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition on hiring strategies and internal mobility.
• Leverage workforce analytics to support data-driven decision making and reporting.
