Job summary

The Associate Human Resources Business Partner role is based in New Century, Kansas, a hybrid position requiring at least three days on-site weekly.

You will partner with site and regional leaders to translate business objectives into workforce, organizational, leadership, and talent strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Industrial Psychology, Industrial Social Work, or a related field.
• Minimum of four years of experience as a Human Resources Generalist, HR Manager, or in a related HR role.
• Demonstrated experience partnering with leaders to develop and execute workforce, organizational, and talent strategies.
• Experience supporting employee relations investigations, corrective action processes, and performance management programs.
• Proven ability to lead organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, change management, and business transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Partner with site, functional, and regional leaders to translate business objectives into workforce, organizational, leadership, and talent strategies.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and consultant to leaders, providing guidance on organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, workforce planning, and business performance.
• Develop and implement workforce plans that align talent capabilities with current and future business needs.
• Lead and support employee relations matters, including investigations, corrective actions, performance management discussions, and terminations.
• Drive organizational effectiveness, change management, organizational design, communication planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support talent reviews, succession planning discussions, leadership development efforts, and retention strategies.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition and business leaders to support hiring strategies, critical talent needs, and internal mobility.
• Collaborate with Legal, Payroll, Total Rewards, Human Resources Operations, and SHS to deliver integrated HR solutions and ensure compliance.
• Utilize workforce analytics and talent metrics to identify trends and support data-driven decisions.
