International Flavors and Fragrances (IFF) in Pryor, Oklahoma, is seeking a seasoned Human Resources Business Partner to shape workforce and talent strategies in a hybrid role. You will collaborate with site, functional, and regional leaders to translate business strategy into priorities that drive engagement, organizational effectiveness, and retention.

The role emphasizes change management, talent reviews, and partnering with Talent Acquisition to meet critical staffing needs across locations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Industrial Psychology, Industrial Social Work, or a related field.
• Minimum of seven years of Human Resources Business Partner, Generalist, Manager, or related experience.
• Demonstrated experience partnering with leaders to develop workforce and talent strategies.
• Experience supporting employee relations investigations, corrective action processes, and performance management.
• Proven ability to lead organizational change, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness efforts.
• Experience advising leaders on talent management, succession planning, employee development, and retention.

Responsibilities

• Partner with site, functional, and regional leaders to translate business strategy into workforce, organizational, leadership, and talent priorities.
• Serve as a trusted advisor, coach, and consultant to leaders on organizational effectiveness and engagement.
• Develop workforce plans aligning talent with business goals and future needs.
• Lead employee relations matters, investigations, and performance management discussions.
• Drive change, organizational design, communication strategies, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Facilitate talent reviews, succession planning, retention strategies, and development planning.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to build hiring strategies and internal mobility pipelines.
• Work with Legal, Payroll, Total Rewards, and HR Operations to deliver integrated HR solutions and ensure data integrity.
