The Connors Group is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support a designated client group and plant location. You will drive organizational design, performance management, employee engagement, and change initiatives, partnering with senior leaders to align HR services with business goals.

You will manage employee relations, lead leadership development, ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations, and champion safety, talent management, and workforce planning across the site.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business management or related discipline is required.
• 3–5+ years HR/employee relations experience required.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial settings preferred.
• Knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and policy management.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to business objectives by aligning HR services with business needs across the plant.
• Act as liaison between Operations and HR; manage projects in the annual HR plan.
• Serve as HR Business Partner to senior leadership on organizational design and leadership development.
• Oversee employee relations activities and ensure fair, compliant processes.
• Provide HR expertise on employment laws and program improvements.
• Develop and execute proactive employee engagement and talent-management initiatives.
• Lead workforce planning, succession planning, and safety-related programs.
• Support change management and organizational development initiatives.
