Job summary

Converse is seeking a senior HR business partner to provide strategic HR leadership to leaders and teams, translating business priorities into people strategies, building organizational capability, and delivering integrated solutions that drive performance and teammate experience.

You will lead workforce planning, coach senior leaders on talent and culture, manage talent reviews and succession, and partner with HR Centers of Excellence to align organizational design with business goals while

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resource Management, Behavioral Science or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum 9 years of demonstrated business-facing HR experience, including HR Business Partner experience, a specialty area, or a similar role.
Strong business knowledge, market insight, and enterprise thinking.

Responsibilities

Translate business priorities into people strategies and build organizational capability.
Lead workforce planning and coach leaders on talent, performance, and culture.
Lead talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership pipeline strategies.
