Job summary

Konnect Resources, LLC is seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to act as a strategic advisor and operational HR leader across the organization.

The role partners with leaders to align HR initiatives with business goals, support workforce planning, talent development, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement, while guiding on employee relations, performance, compliance, and change management in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field or equivalent education/experience.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including HR Business Partner responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment law.
• Experience managing employee relations and workplace investigations.
• Experience supporting performance management and talent development initiatives.
• Strong interpersonal, coaching, and influencing skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to understand organizational goals and workforce needs.
• Develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.
• Provide guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent management.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to management on people-related matters.
• Manage complex employee relations issues and conduct workplace investigations.
• Coach managers on performance concerns and employee issues.
• Facilitate conflict resolution and ensure fair application of policies.
• Lead performance management processes including goal setting and development planning.
• Support leadership development initiatives and succession planning.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Advise on labor and employment law matters, wage/hour compliance, leaves of absence, and workplace standards.
