Greene Tweed, a multi-national leader in polymer technology, seeks an HR Business Partner to coach business leaders on workforce planning, leadership development, design and capability, change management, talent acquisition and performance management.

The role delivers comprehensive HR support to drive business outcomes, advising on HR policy changes, salary planning and employee relations with a focus on credibility and partnership.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in HR or equivalent
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong problem solving skills
• Conflict resolution and employee relations experience

Responsabilités

• Provides clear guidance to clients on HR issues and business implications
• Coaches on talent management including selection, development and retention
• Ensures HR processes align with business objectives and informs clients of policy changes
• Acts as credible business partner and employee advocate
• Leads workforce planning and partner with management on job descriptions and needs assessments
• Plans and administers performance management and salary planning for client groups
• Maintains knowledge of HR laws and best practices and business context
• Delivers high quality HR products and services to meet client short and long-term goals
• Builds and maintains trust with clients through regular feedback and responsiveness
