Leaf Home is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) in Hudson, OH. You will partner with business leaders to build talent strategies, drive succession planning, and optimize organization design while delivering proactive HR services.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of broad-based HR generalist experience with leadership coaching
• Bachelor’s Degree in HR Administration, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology or related field
• Master’s Degree preferred
• Professional certification by SHRM preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook)
• UKG HRIS experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead annual and ongoing talent calibration processes to evaluate bench strength, identify high-potential employees, and create actionable development plans.
• Assess current organizational structures and partner with leaders to design or redesign org charts, roles, and workflows that support efficiency and future growth.
• Provide insights and recommendations to influence business decisions using data, trends, and HR best practices.
• Partners with other HR team members acting as a liaison to deliver robust HR services.
• Provide HR partnership for strategic and tactical initiatives for assigned business groups.
• Provides influence and guidance to client groups to achieve business objectives.
• Manages and resolves employee relations issues, conducting investigations and coaching managers.
• Implements HR practices for performance management, compensation, workforce planning, and talent management.
• Oversees implementation of HR initiatives in assigned groups with operational meetings and reviews.
• Maintains knowledge of compliance and employment laws; updates policies as needed.
