Job summary

OCLC in Dublin, OH is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to align people strategies with business objectives. You will guide talent management, workforce planning, employee relations, and organizational development across a matrix organization.

Leverage data analytics and AI-enabled tools to drive workforce insights, coach leaders, support change initiatives, and partner with HR centers of excellence to deliver integrated solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive HR experience, with strategic HRBP exposure.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
• Experience leading change management and organizational effectiveness initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Strategic partnership with senior leaders to develop and execute people strategies that align with objectives.
• Facilitate talent reviews, succession planning, and workforce planning with OD&L.
• Provide leadership coaching and development support to managers and executives.
• Guide employee relations, policy interpretation, and performance improvement plans.
• Drive organizational effectiveness, change management, and communication strategies in collaboration with OD&L.
• Leverage HR analytics and data to identify trends and inform decisions.
