Job summary

Leaf Home is seeking a Field HR Generalist in Hudson, OH to provide frontline HR support to employees and leaders, applying HR policies and partnering with HR COEs. You will assist with onboarding, employee lifecycle, and data integrity while contributing to continuous improvement across HR processes.

The role requires a 2+ year HR background, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• 2+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Interpret policies and apply judgment in employees and business issues.
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite and HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line HR support to employees and managers, resolving routine issues and escalating when needed.
• Interpret and apply HR policies to support compliant decision-making.
• Support HR Business Partners, Managers, and Directors in Talent and Org initiatives.
• Coordinate with COEs to deliver HR solutions aligned with business needs.
• Assess employee relations matters and recommend actions; escalate high-risk issues.
• Support onboarding, offboarding, and lifecycle processes; seek process improvements.
• Maintain HR data integrity and analyze basic trends for reporting.
• Assist with HR programs, communications, and initiative implementations.
• Participate in HR projects and program rollouts.
