Job summary

Leaf Home is seeking an HR Business Partner to strengthen organizational capability with a focus on talent management, succession planning, and organization design. You will partner closely with assigned business units and leaders to develop and execute people strategies that drive current and future objectives.

In this role you will lead talent calibration, design org charts and workflows, provide data-driven HR insights, and collaborate with HR teams to deliver robust services while guiding

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of broad-based HR generalist experience with advisory capability.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Master’s degree and professional HR certification preferred.
• Proficiency with UKG HRIS and MS Office suite.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual and ongoing talent calibration to evaluate bench strength and create development plans.
• Design org charts, roles, and workflows with leaders to support growth.
• Provide data-driven HR insights to influence business decisions.
• Partner with L&D, Compensation, Benefits, Talent Acquisition to deliver HR services.
• Offer HR partnership for strategic and tactical initiatives within assigned groups.
• Investigate and resolve employee relations issues and coach managers.
• Implement best practices in performance, compensation, workforce planning, and talent management.
• Support HR initiatives in business reviews and team-building activities.
• Maintain compliance with employment laws and update policies as needed.
