Leaf Home in Hudson, OH is seeking an HR Business Partner to strengthen organizational capability with talent management, succession planning, and org design. You will partner with business leaders to translate strategy into people plans and build workforce programs.

The role emphasizes leadership development, performance management, employee engagement, and investigations, delivering proactive HR strategies to support short- and long-term goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of broad-based HR generalist experience advising leaders.
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred; related experience considered.
• Master’s degree preferred and professional HR certification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead talent calibration to evaluate bench strength and development plans.
• Design organizational charts, roles and workflows for growth.
• Provide data-driven insights to influence business decisions.
• Partner with HR teams to deliver robust HR services.
• Support strategic and tactical HR initiatives for assigned groups.
• Investigate employee relations issues and coach managers.
• Implement best practices in performance, compensation and planning.
