Qualifications

• 5-7 years of HRBP or similar experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Experience in talent management, organizational effectiveness, and employee relations investigations.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR consultation and support to designated business units and define HR strategies.
• Develop and execute workforce plans based on industry trends.
• Lead organizational assessments and translate strategies into actions.
• Provide tactical HR support to line managers and coordinate with HR functions.
• Provide change management leadership for organizational initiatives.
• Analyze HR data to identify trends and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with HR to identify talent gaps and hiring strategies.
• Conduct recruiting activities and aid the hiring process.
• Coach and develop managers and employees to enhance skills.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and policies.
• Represent HR in cross-functional projects and standardize processes.
• Monitor HR metrics and recommend improvements; conduct audits as needed.
