US BioPharmaceuticals in Wilmington, DE, seeks a Lead HR Business Partner to shape and deliver people strategy for the Commercial business. You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, aligning priorities with talent, organization, culture, and workforce strategies to drive sustainable performance.

The role partners with CoEs to deliver talent management, rewards, performance, leadership development, and workforce planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field.
• 7+ years HR experience in large, matrix/global org.
• Digitally savvy with driving innovative HR solutions.
• Proven track record leading HR/people strategies with measurable results.
• Trusted advisor and coach to business leaders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in an international environment.
• Experience using HR analytics to inform decisions.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to Commercial strategic workforce plan and participate in US BBU HR Leadership Team.
• Develop and execute integrated people strategy aligned with vision and priorities.
• Serve as trusted advisor to senior leaders; provide strategic counsel and coaching.
• Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver talent, rewards, performance, leadership development, and workforce planning solutions.
• Lead talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development for future needs.
• Identify capability gaps and design organization, talent, and culture interventions.
• Shape organizational design and operating models to support transformation and growth.
• Lead large-scale change initiatives with stakeholder engagement.
• Use workforce analytics and external trends to inform decisions and measure impact.
• Apply budgeting, FTE management, and demand planning to support people agenda.
• Drive innovation with digital tech, AI, automation to improve processes.
