Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in talent management and organizational effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR consultation and support to designated business units.
• Lead organizational assessments and workforce planning based on trends.
• Oversee employee relations including investigations and compliance.
• Partner with managers to implement HR initiatives and change management.
• Coordinate recruiting and coaching to enhance capabilities and engagement.
