Job summary

Revolution Medicines is seeking an Associate Director, Human Resources Business Partner to serve as a strategic HR partner for the Pharmaceutical Development & Manufacturing (PDM) function. You will translate priorities into people and organizational strategies, acting as a trusted advisor to leaders and HR peers.

You will lead workforce planning, organizational design, succession planning, talent development and capability-building to scale teams and drive business objectives.

Qualifications

• 14 years of progressive HRBP experience required.
• Experience as HRBP in biotech/pharma or similar complex environment.
• Strategic advisor to senior leaders and translate priorities into org strategy.
• Understand scientific/operational priorities and link to workforce and leadership decisions.
• Experience with organizational design, workforce planning, and talent management.
• Ability to diagnose complex org challenges and implement practical solutions.
• Strong influencing, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience leading large cross-functional initiatives and change programs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to PDM leaders and HRBP colleagues.
• Translate business priorities into people, talent, and workforce plans; measure impact.
• Lead workforce planning, org design, succession planning and capability-building.
• Coach leaders on leadership effectiveness, performance management and development.
• Drive change management initiatives across PDM with stakeholder engagement and adoption.
• Ensure alignment of people strategies across functions and scalable HR practices.
• Collaborate with COEs on talent acquisition, total rewards, and learning.
