Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 5–7 years of HRBP experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR consultation and support to a designated business unit to define and execute HR strategies.
• Lead organizational assessments and develop workforce plans based on industry trends.
• Oversee employee relations within designated units and conduct investigations as needed.
• Execute talent strategies and related recruiting activities; identify talent gaps and implement hiring strategies.
• Foster continuous improvement; monitor HR metrics and standardize HR processes across departments.
