Repligen is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to serve as a strategic partner for Corporate Functions and the Bridgewater, NJ site. You will align people strategies with business objectives, strengthen organizational effectiveness, and drive talent outcomes in a fast-paced bioprocessing environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience including HRBP or strategic HR role.
• Experience in global, matrixed organizations.
• Strong business acumen with ability to align people strategies to priorities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to develop and execute people strategies that drive organizational performance.
• Serve as a trusted advisor on organizational effectiveness, talent risks, leadership capability, workforce planning, and business transformation initiatives.
• Lead organizational design, workforce planning, change management, and team effectiveness.
• Drive talent management processes including performance management, succession planning, and leadership development.
• Coach leaders on talent strategy, performance, employee development, organizational design, and team effectiveness.
