Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics seeks an Human Resources Business Partner to provide strategic HR support to designated business units with a focus on organizational assessments, workforce planning, employee relations and talent management.

The role involves leading organizational assessments, developing workforce strategies, supporting change initiatives, analyzing HR metrics, and coaching managers and employees while ensuring policy compliance and standardizing HR processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 5-7 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office 365, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and OneNote.
• Knowledge of employment laws.
