Job summary

TaylorMade is seeking an HR Business Partner to collaborate with executives and leadership to strengthen employee and organizational capabilities. You will lead change management initiatives aligned with culture and business strategies, coaching leaders and shaping talent, workforce planning, and organizational design.

The role emphasizes partnering with Total Rewards on compensation strategies, improving engagement, and driving a high-performance culture.

Qualifications

7+ years HR experience with emphasis on employee relations and organizational development.
BS/BA in HRM, HRD, or Business Administration with relevant coursework.
Experience developing creative approaches to HR challenges.
Experience partnering with senior leaders to drive growth and profitability.
Strong interpersonal and coaching skills with the ability to counsel leaders and peers.
Proven ability to influence senior leadership on people and team matters.
Ability to evaluate organisations and identify HR solutions for effectiveness.
Excellent English communication, both written and oral.
Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills with good judgment.

Responsibilities

Advise and coach leaders within assigned business units to maximize effectiveness in managing people and organizational challenges.
Partner with leadership to understand priorities, initiatives, financials, and structures to identify hiring and retention opportunities.
Work with leadership to structure and develop teams for performance and engagement; identify development opportunities.
Oversee headcount management to align with the Annual Operating Plan and strategic staffing.
Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, policy interpretation, compensation, benefits, and recruitment support.
Collaborate on organizational design and be involved in restructurings, including communications and transitions.
Lead the Talent Strategy function within business units and promote an employee-oriented, high-performance culture.
Directly manage performance reviews, counseling, conflict resolution, and investigations as needed.
Partner with Total Rewards to analyze trends and develop reward strategies.
Build internal and external pipelines of diverse talent to meet recruiting and succession needs.
Perform other related duties as required.
