Job summary

The HR Business Partner partners with business leaders to deliver HR initiatives focused on talent management, employee engagement, and operational excellence, using data-driven insights to impact business outcomes. You may also lead entry-level HR staff and own projects that improve the employee experience.

This role balances strategic and tactical work, drives core PXT processes, and guides on talent practices, performance management, and culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
• 2+ years of human resources experience or equivalent experiences (e.g., operations, customer service, retail, distribution, shipping/logistics, healthcare, hospitality, manufacturing).
• Experience supporting and/or leading employee-focused processes such as onboarding, benefits, investigations, training and/or talent management

Responsibilities

• Improve site effectiveness by identifying systemic patterns and applying policy with fair, compliant administration.
• Use data analytics to identify trends and implement proactive HR initiatives at the site level.
• Execute and monitor employee engagement strategies and recognition programs.
• Coach business leaders on people management, performance feedback, and development.
• Partner with leaders to ensure equitable talent practices across selection, development, and advancement.
• Drive adoption of HR technology, AI, and self-service tools while maintaining high-touch service.
