Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to identify and develop talent and engagement solutions reflecting Tyler culture.
• Develop strategy with the business to address risks and achieve objectives.
• Facilitate leadership succession planning and development for managers.
• Support learning and development programs with Talent Development teams.
• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.
• Conduct internal investigations and advise on complex cases.
