Job summary

Jobtailor seeks an experienced HR Business Partner to guide leaders on organizational, leadership, and people matters within a fast-moving tech environment. You will support employees through the lifecycle and partner with Recruiting, Finance, Legal, and People teams.

You will drive organizational design, workforce planning, and talent development, coaching managers through performance and employee relations, and leading People work streams from idea to execution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner in technical or fast-moving settings.
• Experience advising senior leaders across multiple functions.
• Strong skills in organizational design, workforce planning, and change management.
• Experience owning performance and compensation cycles, including calibration and manager enablement.
• Working knowledge of employment law fundamentals.
• Good judgment navigating employee relations issues.
• Comfort with HRIS and turning people data into clear leadership narratives.
• Excellent communication and trust-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor and coach to leaders and managers, including senior leaders, on organizational, leadership, and people matters.
• Support employees and managers throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Partner with Recruiting, Finance, Legal, and People teams as needed.
• Partner with leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent development.
• Coach managers through performance, employee relations, and team dynamics.
• Lead People work streams from idea through execution.
• Provide recommendations, identify tradeoffs, and expose when needed.
• Lead and improve performance management, manager effectiveness, performance reviews, engagement, and compensation programs.
• Use people data, Rippling, and AI-enabled tools to identify insights and reduce manual work.
• Identify trends and recurring challenges and turn insights into improvements to People practices, manager support, and employee experience
