Job summary

TaylorMade Golf Company seeks an experienced HR Business Partner to collaborate with executives and strengthen employee and organizational capabilities. You will provide leadership in change management and help drive a culture that is engaging, creative, and results-oriented.

Responsibilities include headcount planning, talent development, and strategic workforce initiatives aligned with business goals. Strong English communication and senior leadership collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience with employee relations and performance management.
• BS/BA in HR, HR Development or Business Administration.
• PHR or SPHR certification preferred.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders to drive growth and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Advise and coach leaders to maximize effectiveness in managing people and organizational challenges.
• Partner with leadership to understand priorities, initiatives, financial requirements, and org structures to identify hiring and talent opportunities.
• Develop teams to maximize performance and engagement and foster a culture of creativity and innovation.
• Manage headcount and align with the Annual Operating Plan.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, compensation, and recruitment support.
• Lead Talent Strategy for a high-performance culture with empowerment and productivity.
• Oversee investigations and employee care initiatives.
• Collaborate with Total Rewards on metrics and reward programs.
