Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum of eight (8) years’ experience in human resources.
• Broad HR functions including recruitment, compensation, employee relations, management coaching, & organizational development, HR laws and best practices.
• Organized, accurate, takes initiative and follows through on responsibilities.
• Exceptional interpersonal and diplomatic communication skills with ability to influence.
• Strong multitasking to manage multiple projects with prioritization and detail.
• Experience in consulting and change management with courage to challenge thinking.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrate strong facilitation and presentation skills.
• HR certifications preferred: SHRM-CP, PHR, SHRM-SCP or SPHR.

• Develop strategic alignment of HR actions with business goals.
• Coach managers and employees on conflict resolution and performance management.
• Train managers on legally compliant HR policies and ensure consistent application.

• Conduct timely employee investigations and document findings.
