Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Spanish is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic partner to management on HR-related matters, ensuring alignment with company policies and objectives.
• Lead and manage core HR programs including compensation, benefits, and leave administration.
• Coordinate and deliver HR training programs, including sessions on legal compliance and company policies.
• Analyze HR metrics and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
