Job summary

Electronic Transaction Consultants Corporation is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders and managers. You will translate business priorities into people strategies across workforce planning, talent management, performance, engagement, and organizational change.

The role requires navigating ambiguity and building cross-functional relationships, with potential base at Lisle, IL, Germantown, MD, or Newark, NJ.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in HR.
• Experience advising and coaching leaders on employee relations, performance, and organizational change.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. employment laws and HR practices.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary People & Culture partner for an assigned portfolio of leaders and functions.
• Advise and coach leaders on people-related decisions and organizational effectiveness.
• Support talent and succession planning, development, and retention strategies.
• Lead workplace investigations and ensure proper documentation and escalation as needed.
• Partner with leaders on workforce planning, restructures, and change management.
