Prinoth Snow Grooming U.S. seeks an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to support managers and employees across multiple U.S. locations. The role leads employee relations, recruiting, performance management, compliance, and daily HR operations.

Responsibilities include serving as the primary HR partner, handling investigations, ensuring legal compliance, managing full-cycle recruitment, payroll, and leave programs, and maintaining HR records. Travel within the U.S. may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of HR Generalist/HRBP experience.
• Strong experience in employee relations, investigations, recruiting, and performance management.
• Knowledge of U.S. employment laws and HR compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR partner and trusted advisor to managers and employees.
• Manage employee relations, investigations, performance management, and corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and policies.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment and onboarding for all positions.
• Manage workers' compensation claims and return-to-work coordination.
• Administer employee leave programs (FMLA, ADA) and maintain regulatory compliance.
• Process payroll and commissions with accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain I-9 documentation and HR compliance files.
• Oversee fleet administration and DOT certifications.
